Hello. My name is Greer, and I learned to crochet during the pandemic in June 2020. But my story goes deeper—it’s rooted in family, education, and a desire to give back. Years ago, my grandparents owned land in our hometown in the Philippines. When local leaders from an underserved community asked to use part of that land to build schools for children, my grandparents didn’t hesitate to donate. Today, the elementary school is named after my grandfather, and the high school bears my grandmother’s name. Education has always been important in our family. My mother was an English professor at our alma mater, where she dedicated her life to empowering young minds. Now, it’s my turn. I’ve made it my mission to help graduating high school students—especially those from the schools my grandparents helped build—continue their journey to college at the university where my mother once taught. It’s a full circle moment. A story of legacy, learning, and lifting others up.
Our humble purpose is rooted in the belief that education is a powerful catalyst for social change and sustainable development. Through strategic partnerships with educational institutions, community organizations, and generous donors, we aspire to create a ripple effect of positive impact. By investing in the academic pursuits of underprivileged children overseas, we envision a future where they become catalysts for progress within their communities, unlock new opportunities, break the cycle of poverty, cultivate a generation of empowered individuals who can contribute meaningfully to society and to the broader global landscape.
